If I have learned anything in my 6 years of running an NDIS and Aged Care consulting agency, it's this: NDIS providers want a successful and profitable business. Am I right? I mean what would be the point in running a 'non-profitable' business?

The recipe for success in health and human service delivery is static. There are certain actions, and strategies that result in success. It is that simple. I am referring to: financial success and reputational success.
